Huobi joins the future(s)

When the 3rd largest exchange jumps into the futures market, and they seem to have worked around regulation by using old regulations it shows that the whole crypto market needs new 'rules' rather than finding loop holes in the existing ones.

But a step forward is a step forward, and this brings the future into today.
Will it trade in the USA? Does it need to, when USA is only ~4% of global population.

Time will tell
