Spend Wallet

The Spend wallet is different to other wallets, in that it converts LTC into fiat money.
This requires that the user has a bank account, linked to the LTC wallet.

This solution does not help those without a bank account.
And why do a conversion if a user has fiat available to pay a merchant.

So some details are yet to be figured out as we head into the crypto world.
