Here is my mentoring. Understand there are very few whales and dolphins. The new end users need to adjust their expectations.
Just because you aren't getting dolphin and whale votes, doesn't mean you are not being successful. Organize and support each other. As your account grows your peers are growing their accounts as well.
There are simply not enough dolphins and whales to find and curate all of the new users and it is only going to get worse. Band together and grow your accounts together. The rewards will not be large at first, but eventually, it will pay off!
Consider yourself mentored.

Over time they will follow u back if you make effort and they will see your content. Asking a whale for an upvote isn’t how to grow friend.
I dont ask whales and doplins for upvotes, The point am trying to make is at times we do write good contents and some other steemians with high reputation and high steem power writes un necessary post at times and you will discover that they do well than others. why?
Secondly I discovered that once you are not into crytocurrency then no one ois ready to hear from you.
Just an Observation...
I want us to address all this issues so steemit can excel more, by the time newbabies are not doing well then it wouldnt help the platform...

I’ve talked to others long term in here and they say mostly same
It takes a while to build a following, they said to comment and interact with others posts and build followers that way. I assure you I wasn’t trying to put u down
I just know many on here take the looking to whale thing as a put off. I didn’t mean anything negative by it. I would do this, start doing at least one post a day
Even if ur busy make it a shorter one that day. At same time read,upvote and comment on at least 5 other posts a day. You will get follows back from our least one outta five and slowly build a following!
On days ur free do even more
But make a 100 day commitment to doing what I said above
I think after the 3 months or so you’ll see at least some kind of bump!

I will def check out your content and resteem aquality posts 👍 it takes a while to build a following on here! Don’t give up. But just a heads up asking whales for upvotes is kinda spammy. It will likely have opposite effect your going for.

I joined steemit february, I was active but had exams to write, so I went off, back fully for over some time now...
Secondly I dont post so frequently because my post hardly get the rewards it deserve, I have nevered had up to 1SD on any of my post.
Am not into cryptocurrency, I am a motivational speaker...
So what I do now is to comment more and see if I can make some good friends.
