@Steemsports Stealing Votes?
Vote hijacking
From what I can tell, @steemsports and @steemsports-ita have been leveraging others votes for quite some time now. I personally have noticed my votes on their posts (1 2) despite never voting for them.
Buildteam
I've come to the conclusion that @buildteam (who run @steemsports) have been getting voting permissions for ~1400 accounts through their other services (@minnowbooster and @steemvoter) and are cashing out via their sports channels. Now, this isn't me calling them out. Buildteam have done some great stuff for the platform, and using someones vote when you have posting permission is technically within their right.
However, it is sneaky.
What you can do
If you're not happy with your vote being used, you can revoke permissions using steemconnect.
