Flat prices are rising in Croatia
New flat prices in Croatia are on the rise, 8,5% comparing second half of 2018 to second half of 2017, which shows a slowdown comparing to rise from 2016 to 2017, but it still a big rise in new flat prices.
It could be concluded that price rise is connected with state subventions for buyers of new flats, since subventions started in the middle of 2017.
On the other hand, new flat prices are on the rise in Serbia as well, where that could not be connected to subventions, since there no any, but to low interest rates on loans.
