Villas in Montenegro are on the rise - Demand is very high

There is a strong demand for villas in Montenegro, and prices are very high. Price per square meter can be anywhere between 5000 EUR/m2 for single villas, between 6000 and 7000 EUR/m2 for luxury developments and for renovated middle ages palace can be 10000 EUR /m2.
Strong demand is for Boka kotorska shore, specially in Perast, Ljuta, Dobrota, near Kotor.

Luxury development Lustica Bay also has strong demand, with prices above 1 million EUR for luxury penthouse units.
