Recalibrate for the Week Ahead
- Write down the 2-3 key tasks that you need to get done this week (note 2-3, not 200-300!)
- Ensure that the time needed to complete the tasks in point 1 are scheduled into your calendar (be realistic!)
- Think now about where the blocks might arise for success completion of these key tasks - anticipate potential road-blocks by asking as early as possible (like first thing Monday morning) for input into those areas where you might need help from others
- Confirm that your key goals for the week ahead fit into your Monthly Plan - are you still on track for your Monthly Plan?
- Reflect on last week - how did you do? Did you complete last week's key tasks? If not, why not? What can you learn from this to put yourself on a better course for the week ahead...?
- Breathe deeply and commit to staying on course to complete these key tasks this week (no matter what might land in your inbox...!)
- Have a good night's sleep. Be refreshed for Monday morning. Go do it!

Hi Steve. Being organized is key and no procrastinating either. I know what I need to do and have left it until today again. Should have done it on Friday what I had planned.
Yes, things always slip but at least if we're aware of it we can try to keep ourselves on track!
