Two Essentials for Every Entrepreneur

As an entrepreneur, it is absolutely crucial that you work ON your business and not IN your business.

So you must build a team that carry out the tasks for the operational side of the business. This leaves you to focus on the important strategic functions of the business:

Team-building
Marketing
Networking
Partnerships

Even though it is vital that you delegate the day-to-day operational side of the business to your team, there are two areas of your business that you should NEVER let go of.

These two areas are:

The Bank Account and

Sales

This means that you must keep track of all transactions running through your business bank accounts - especially the outgoings. And you must keep a hand in sales so you know what's coming in the pipeline and can plan accordingly.

The rest is fair game for delegation. Just never delegate these two essentials...

Thanks for the posts.
May I chime in with the importance of the right mindset?
With the ability to be productive which can be a problem when you work online. I see many fail with this.

Another problem is you often blame others for your mistakes.
It's your business, your responsibility.
With the above said I have online marketing in mind but this may well go for the offline marketing as well?
