Cake of 3 milks (Homemade)

Greetings steemans again sharing moments with you

For tonight I decided to share, a topic that I left a bit apart that are the recipes.

So I have prepared a recipe for a cake (3 milks) and adornadito a little as it should be.

So without more start:

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BREAD

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of baking powder (royal, rexal etc.)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 5 eggs (at room temperature, you can take it 2 hours before the refrigerator)
  • 1/2 cup of oil (125 ml.)
  • 3/4 cup of milk at room temperature (measuring cup)
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla (30 ml.)

INGREDIENTS FOR SALSA 3 MILES: </ h5>
  • 300ml condensed milk
  • 300ml Evaporated milk (Carnation or Clavel)
  • 300ml Cream (cream to beat, half cream, cream of milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS TO DECORATE

Crema Chantilly

  • 250ml (1 taza) Nata para montar 35% M.G (crema para batir o crema de leche)
  • 40g (1/3 taza) Azúcar glass
  • 1 cdta de vainilla

PREPARATION

For the sponge cake
1.-Separate the yolks and the whites.
2.- Beat the egg whites for 5 minutes at high speed and add half the sugar for 3 more minutes until they are firm and reserve them
3.- Beat in another bowl the egg yolks for 1 minute, then add the other half of the sugar and beat for about 5 minutes these two ingredients, and add the vanilla extract and lemon zest for a few seconds and the last We mix everything with the milk until there is a very homogeneous mixture.
4.- Once these ingredients are well mixed, add the previously beaten egg whites and mix them all with enveloping movements and with a strainer add the flour with the baking powder this is so that there is no lumps in the mixture.
5.- We continue mixing until there is a compact and homogeneous mixture
6.- Once this is done, we place the mixture in a cake pan of your choice, but previously greased a little.
7.- We put the oven preheated for 15 minutes beforehand and let it bake for 40 minutes, but it should depend on your oven, so you should click it to check it.

For 3-milk sauce
8.- In a large bowl we must put all the ingredients for it (3 milks) previously noted and mix it.
9.- Once this is done, soak the 3-cup sauce with the sponge so that it is well impregnated, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
10.- This is optional soak one with a little more of the sauce 3 milks.

For chantilly cream
11.- In a bowl we put the cream bine cold and beat it for 2 minutes at high speed and then add the icing sugar and the vanilla extract for about two more minutes.

12.- Once ready, we distribute the cream all over the surface and ready friends is ready this delicious cake
