Bavarian Peaches

Ingredients

  • 750 grams of ripe peaches.
  • 1 كوب cup sugar.
  • 6 sheets of gelatin.
  • 1 cup warm crisp cream.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice.

how to prepare

1 - In a deep bowl, soak the gelatin leaves in a little cold water for 10 minutes or until completely softened.
