Crispy fish fingers

Ingredients

250 grams white fillet thickness (Hamur)
Sea salt spray
Black pepper sprinkle
Garlic Salt Brush
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 cup baking flour
1/2 cup flour
1 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup oil

how to prepare

· Cut the fish into rectangles with a length of 8 cm.
· Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Leave it for 30 minutes.
· Bake the eggs with salt and pepper and black pepper.
· Cover the crumbs with a salt brush.
· Roll in flour, then in eggs and finally in bread flour.
· Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes, heat in oil over low heat until fish is cooked.
· Feet with lemon slices and fried potato rings.
