Ice cream cones
Ingredients
- cream butter (300 g unsalted butter, 250 g soft sugar, a little salt, a tablespoon of cheese)

- Milk chocolate for decoration.

How to prepare
Preparation of aluminum foil and luster paste:

Dilute the gelatin and mix it with creamy butter and add immediately the flavor to the butter cream.
You can melt some chocolate for decoration.
Gently mix the cream with creamy butter that you have prepared, leaving it as light as possible.
Put this mixture immediately in the refrigerator and allow it to solidify for at least 3 hours ..
Then you can fill the cones (Ahramat) with a spoon or a bag of pastries.
Decorate with melted chocolate and leave at least half an hour hard in the refrigerator
