Ingredients

Water

How to prepare

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a bowl

Step 2
We take the yeast, put it in a sieve and place a little warm water on it, leaving it a bit

Step 3
Then add it to the ingredients, mix all, add the warm water slowly until the flour is collected and held together, and continue to knead for 10 minutes, or knead it in the dough machine, then leave the dough brewed after covered with a tissue

Step 4
After brewing, divide the dough into equal pieces, 6 pieces or 7, as desired

Step 5
Start with the first piece, pour it on a flat place, then press it a little with the palm of the hand, then release it with leaves, until it becomes almost a circle but it is a bit longer than the sides, roll the dough in the form of a cylinder and squeeze it a bit and then put it again in the oven tray , And so on with the rest of the other pieces

Step 6
After brewing the face of the egg whites, I add a little milk or vinegar to the eggs to avoid the smell after cooking

Step 7
Finally, sprinkle with the zanglan, as desired, and cook in a 200-degree oven
