Dust Upvote Initiative Update(8 Aug)

Steem price has affected all our upvote value.

I have an increase of steem power to a total of 300 SP.

There will be changes to the upvoting weight for the selected content creators where the percentage of upvote will depend on the quality of article and the amount of support given to the Dust Upvote Inititative.
