New Year, Same Message!

This is week 1 of our 2nd year, and I hope the next year is every bit as good as the last one was for this support project. I used the new year to make some small changes to reduce the size of the post, but kept all the pertinent information. The biggest message I have for this week is that the program will continue and support the Stewards of Gondor that are handpicked by @fulltimegeek himself. @fulltimegeek chose people that he felt would make the platform better and used his own SP to support and encourage them to do so. We are essentially doing the same thing, but of course at a micro level compared to him. Its something I look forward to every week and lets continue to keep the project moving forward together!!!

Also in other good news, we had a nice week finally on Steem and a very nice jump in the price overall (bringing out vote values to $0.27 per post per steward). The combination of the vote %'s and the rise in steem were the primary reasons for the $0.03 increase. Let's hope this is just the beginning :)

We had a solid week of upvotes on our post, and should get 9 steem equivalent on our payout. We are under 200 Steem balance left on the 6000 SP delegation and this will pay it down further along with any donations for the week!

Donations were a little soft for the week, but did get 2 from our very regular donors. Both were non-SOG members @bashadow (2.0 Steem) and @preparedwombat (1.0 Steem). Thank you both very much for not only this week, but for all the past donations too. On a side note: I went through and shortened the log and saw your names very very much :)

New year, still the wars go on, it is just in our nature I guess for some to fight. Always will be someone wanting to tell everyone how to do it, when to do it and that they can't do that.

Yep... no peace for thousands of years because someone always wants more and will take it from those less able to defend it. Thanks for your help bashadow, omgosh did you have lots of donations last year!!! :P

I tried to get a little over each week, I may have missed a few weeks, but overall my most consistent activity on steemit. I can not have an effect on accounts with a flag from me, this way I feel I do help, and get to help others grow by saving a worthless down vote from me and giving out one or two more upvotes.

Most of the bad apples would laugh at a $0.020 downvote, but a new user trying to get established will be thankful of a $0.020 vote. I just hope the price stabilizes so I can start voting comments again.

Yes a nice surge would be great... It doesn't have to go over $8 again, just get up enough that people feel they're giving something with their votes... and ps, you are a one man newbie/small-fish army. You have more patience than anyone I know and always stick to message. :D

Dear @friendsofgondor,

I dunno know if you know this but I thought maybe It'd be prudent at this juncture to say a little something about how I used to be @allseeingewe, but am now @kerrywolf. Still the same hawkeyed curator and topnotch badass SOG, just with a new and improved (and if I do say so, myself, much more sexier) account. Not that I want the credit or whatever... It's nice to be included in your efforts, in any of my incarnations... just thought you might like to keep track and stuff.

If anyone needs me, I'll be in my office, thinkin' thoughts and shoppin' yon Bernadette's head onto things for the shitzes and for the giggles.
