Well we have to start the month on some point. So why not on Friday. After looking at the games and the odds, the following bets were placed!
Like written this morning, I will decrease the number of Parlay bets, so only singles will be played today!

Stuttgart (18) vs Eintracht Frankfurt (7)

Stuttgart is not exactly cruising. Standing last in the Bundesliga with 5 points out of 9 games. Out of the 4 home games only 1 was won. Frankfurt on the other side is standing on place 7 with 14 points. Their away record is not to bad with 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses.
Both losses where against better teams (Gladbach and Dortmund). So, I do was surprised about the odds for an away win. The odds of 2.406 could not be ignored.
I decided to also place the over 2.5 goal bet. The odds for this one are 1.847. Both team do have 6 games out of 9 over 2.5 games. So, that is 66% of the games, which do represent odds of 1.51. So I do consider this a value bet!

Excelsior (10) vs Groningen (18)

Also in the Netherlands the bottom team may kick off the round. In the Eredivisie Groningen is last with 4 points out of 10 games. They will have an away game in Rotterdam against Excelsior. Excelsior can be found on the 10th spot, with 12 points.
The home record of Excelsior is 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss, while the away record of Groningen is 1 win and 4 losses.
So, I was surprised that a home win for Excelsior had odds of 2.634. Way to high in my opinion. That why I am willing to risk 2 units on it!
We have to go back to 2015 to find a game where Groningen didn't loose at Excelsior!

Oostende vs Charleroi

Here I am just following my gut feeling. The odds for a home win of Oostende are 2.992. WTF. Charleroi was only capable of winning once away from home this season!
Oostende on the other side was only capable of winning twice at home this season but they had home games against Gent, Standard and Genk. I don't consider that Charleroi is having the same capabilities of these teams. Charleroi still have to win games back to back. Each win was followed by a loss, and yes they did win their last game against St Truiden. I do think that Verheyen can come up with a tactic which will exploit the weaknesses of Charleroi!
