Continue in Prayers
Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; — Colossians 4:2 (KJV).
Prayer is the act of talking to God in speech or songs. Just as we can't stay a day without talking to people, we should never stay without talking to God. Life is so beautiful that there's always something to tell God about. It could be about what He did in the past, what He's doing now and what He's about to do. Today, God is not just reminding us to come talk to Him about everything, but to continue in it. Prayers brings us to the presence of God at all times, no matter where we find ourselves. Don't stop praying because it didn't happen in your own way or your time. Don't stop praying because the issues of life don't seem to bend. Don't stop praying because the answers are not physically seen. Keep the fire of the Spirit burning at the altar of prayers. Get yourself together and be consistent in your prayer life.
Apart from praying all manner of prayers, we are to watch unto thanksgiving, Hallelujah! Be conscious of God's presence in every issue and thank God for everything. Thank God for the miracles that happened and the ones that never did. Be on the guard, so that the enemy doesn't take your joy away in the midst of trying to figure out why the answers are not visible. Your part of the deal is to pray, not to figure out how the prayers is gonna be answered. Let God be God and let humans be humans. Rest in Christ, for He'll do it again and again and again.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the opportunity to talk to you directly. Please strengthen us in our prayer lives. Holy Spirit, rekindle your fire in us, in Jesus's name. Amen. Remain prayerful.
