Volkswagen chooses carVertical to partner in the blockchain race!

Knock knock ✊✊ - this is Audrius from carVertical and I always come with some exciting messages from our camp.

Let’s start with heartbeat accelerating news! Volkswagen, one of the global automotive market leaders, has chosen carVertical to partner in the development of blockchain-based applications.

We were granted a ticket to Volkswagen Future Mobility Incubator in Dresden, as the company became the winner of manufacturer’s pitch competition. Watch the “family photo” of VW representatives and us celebrating the prize below.

As carVertical CTO, I presented our expertise in onboarding connected car users during the pitch. After announcing the winner, the expert jury noted that carVertical convinced them with the blockchain-based concept of recording vehicle histories.

We will begin collaboration with Volkswagen at Die Gläserne Manufaktur (VW’s innovation hub) in Dresden this September. You can read full details in the article here.
