Steem 계정 생성을 할 때 RC를 활용해서 생성하는 것과 3steem으로 생성하는 방법이 있다.

만드는데 얼마 걸리지 않아 하나 만들어서 지인에게 줬다.
다음에 스파가 충분해지면, RC로도 만들어주고싶다.
