Kolejny dzień eksperymentów kulinarnych😀 Ograniczyłem spożycie mięsa z niesprawdzonego źródła. Czuje się bardzo dobrze chociaż czasami jest smak na dobrą uczte ze zwierzaka. Szczerze przyznam że vege kuchnia jest bardzo ciekawa w smaki. Ale to w następnym moim kinarnym przepisie. Upsss nie do konca go znam😄 Jedyne co zapamiętałem to składniki.
Buraki pieczone, ziemniaki, marchewka, czosnek, imbir, mleko kokosowe i kolendra.
Moje doznania
Będe szczery. Nie do końca mi smakuje. Być może wyszło troche mdłe. Czuć wyraźną słodycz. Brakuje mi tego pazura lekkiej kwasowości lub pikantności. Zjadłem i czułem się nasycony. Pewnie to za sprawą węglowodanów zmiksowanych na krem i mleka kokosowego, które jest bardzo kaloryczne. Nie czułem imbiru. Myśle, że zupka świetnie nadaje się na jesienne dni i jest bardzo zdrowa. POLECAM!
