ColorChallenge Tuesday: Orange

Dear Steemians, Fizzy drinks is very popular in today's youth and even children love to drink fizzy drinks. These drinks are great in taste. Usage of carbonated water increase in summer season. Fast food is another reason for the increase consumption of drinks. Few peoples are inspired by the advertisement and majority like it due to its taste. Personally I love to take carbonated water. But at the same time excessive usage of drink is creating problem in young people. Excessive usage of carbonated drinks are not only causing obesity and more diabetic patient but it also have bad impacts on bones.

Carbonated Drinks contain water and Carbon di oxide. Carbon di oxide dissolve in water to form Carbonic acid. Carbonic acid is a weak acid. Too much consumption of carbonic acid may decrease the calclium level in your body. Our bones consist of calcium. So in simple words Carbonated Water/Fizzy drink deteriorates bones. So we should take good of our bones.

This is my pic of today's colorchallenge. Today is Tuesday and Tuesday is Orange.
