Humid weather and Sweat: what is you opinion?

Dear steemians, the average temperature of my region in July is 86 to 108 Degree Fahrenheit and the average temperature of June is 104 to 120 Degree Fahrenheit. Do you ever noticed (saying to the people who lives in these condition) that you have more sweat in July than June despite low temperature. What is the reason?

Reason is simple. It’s due to humidity level. We have high humidity level in July season than June. Now the question arises in our minds, what is humidity? Humidity is all about the amount of water vapors present in air. Air becomes saturated if it contains more water vapor and unsaturated/dry if it contains less/no water vapors. Remember evaporation process cause cooling. So rate of evaporation is high when the air is dry/unsaturated and vice versa low when it is saturated.

After clearing the basic concept let’s come to the answer of question. Our body maintains a certain core temperature. When core temperature increases it sends signal to the brain to control core temperature by releasing some water in the form of sweat. The sweat released by body when contacted with air it evaporates resulting lower body temperature so the process of sweating stops. In other words during hot and dry season we have more evaporation rates Whereas, in humid weather conditions the capacity of air carrying water vapor is lower so we don't get enough cooling as a result the body continuously sends signal to the brain and the water continuously release from our body in the form of sweat. That is why we have more chances of dehydration in humid season.

The best way to deal with this weather is to consume maximum water with addition of salt. If you don't like to consume more water you may also consume lime water, soda water, juices etc. After spending a hectic day I am in front of my laptop and enjoying my favorite drink
