Resume of my Yoga Seminar last week + A lot of Foodporn for vegetarians ;)
As many of you know I am being busy traveling around Europe right now, mostly for different Yogaseminars to get better as a teacher and enjoy good yogi company. That's also why I am a bit behind telling you about my adventures in South America.
Last week I spent in St. Johann, a little town close to Kitzbuhel in Austria, this week I was in Paris and today I start a journey to the South of France to try out a bit of Kitesurfing and enjoy the summer at the ocean instead of melting in the city.
After that I fly directly to Munich from where I will start driving south towards my beloved Italy and spend some more days at the ocean and then participate at another yoga seminar in Tuscany close to Volterra before I head to Venice and Munich again.
But more about that soon! - My priorities are still finishing the Guatemala & Belize trip for you.
So as I was in Austria last week I will let you know a bit about what I do when I am at a seminar like this.
Basically the day stared with a nice tea in the morning looking at the beautiful Alps, before we do 3 hrs of yoga from 8 am till 11 am.
After that we always get a great brunch served and every day a different soup.
When we finished eating, which took us minimum one hour haha because the food was sooo good and we worked so hard in yoga that we were already dying for a meal everybody could do whatever they want.
I went to the local lake most of the days to swim, enjoy the sun and get some rest. Some of the others even went hiking during the break... I don't know how they can have sooo much energy.
Of course I also took the chance to have a great coffee before I went back for the second session.
From 15 pm till 17pm we did another 2 hrs of yoga to burn some more calories that so that we could enjoy the daily 3 courses meal at 18 pm.
Of course everything was vegetarian (or vegan if ordered) and we had a 5 star cook just for us preparing the meals.
Here are a few of my favorits!
Of course we also had awesome deserts!!! - The reason I took one kilo this week hahahaa
And then we went quick to sleep, being totally tired of the day haha. I tried to answer some of the comments here and to schedule some more posts, but I didn't have much internet.
At the end of the week we had a big GALA DINNER, yes you heard right!! A gala dinner organized by the kitchen for us!!! - Everybody dressed up, we had a little ritual with the group and then walked in for the dinner.
Everything was decorated and the food was just a dream come true!!
We got a 6 course Menu and of course Prosecco!!!
I really had a good time and learned a lot this week. It was tough but fair ;) - And the food there is just the highlight of the year for me.
I am still trying to get on the recipes of all that courses and maybe write about it on my other account here on steemit, once it is accepted: @thehealthylife
There I will also write more about yoga, work outs and healthy cooking soon, so it doesn't get to much here on my travel account ;) - So stay tuned!
So now you know how yogis live ;) - I hope you enjoyed the post as always and I am happy for any upvote, comment or resteem!
I try to stay tuned and post the next three weeks, but you know now that I will be traveling a lot and I hope you forgive me if I don't answer right away :)
Cheers,
Liz
Hi @lizanomadsoul, I'm @checky ! While checking the mentions made in this post I noticed that @thehealthylife doesn't exist on Steem. Maybe you made a typo ?

Wow Liz, you are really on the go. Sounds exciting. If I didn't read your post carefully I would have thought you were in Bali with all that yoga and vegetarian food.
After traveling for 12 years, I take things much slower these days. I usually do a good two weeks or so in each destination. I now find my self in Kiev Ukraine. Loving it here I may just call it home for the rest of the summer. Especially after finding a sweet Ukrainian Girlfriend who has given me plenty of reason to stay around.
Just found some time to check in on your blog and others. Glad to see you are doing so well. Stay fit and strong, I know you will. -Dan
I've never wanted to try food as much as I want to try this food. Holy crap it all sounds sooo unique and healthy and wonderful and I have to check out your Guatemala stuff now because Guatemala has my <3
