Anxiety without Apparent Motives

Because we can come to believe that anxiety only appears when there is a factor that consciously triggers that anxiety, a time of exams, a tough discussion with a friend, family member or our boss at work, whatever the reason, a stressor real that we can consciously wake up or further aggravate the symptoms of anxiety that we may be having, or produce a panic attack whatever.

Starting from the base, in which everything that happens happens for some reason, we must keep in mind that there are unconscious anchorages that link the mind to a certain lived experience, example suppose that the first panic attack occurs in a perfume shop, where you are perceiving the smell of a perfume, is how unconscious anchors work, to perceive that particular smell you start to overwhelm because you see many people inside the store , the brain keeps all that information, in which you are visually recording a lot of information and in which you are auditorily recording a lot of sounds that will happen to your subconscious,We are also receiving an olfactory information and the brain associates it with a bad experience or the anxiety you have at that moment.

Then spend time and being at home, for no apparent reason you have an anxiety attack, this may be because the brain revives that experience of the store, and because it has, probably because you have come a smell similar to the one you perceived in that perfume shop that day, or because you've probably seen an advertisement for the perfume and your brain associates it with that bad experience, whether it's auditory, olfactory or visual, that's why those anchors appear unconsciously, because consciously you're not able to remember, you only remember that you had an attack of anxiety and the bad drink that you passed, but unconsciously if you keep track of all that additional information, and if your mind relives that experience again it can arouse anxiety, in this way the anchors act psychological

There is always a reason, sometimes we know what it is and sometimes not, but whatever that reason can always be overcome, in the end the anxiety whatever the causes or motives etc, etc, will have a solution.
