All Night Steemcamp knockout Audition was not an easy task

At the knockout stage of Steemcamp 3days camp, I almost cried. Why? Seeing contestants who were ready to give their all to get to the final stage but couldn't make it

Many of the contestants did not want to go home. Their eyes was filled with dear.
So much love in the Air.
It was like they have spent years knowing their selves.
I began wonder how God truly created man and the ability for us to adapt to any life situation or environment

We had Audition throughout the night and finally stopped by 7am in the morning.

I was so happy that @destinysaid was able to stay strong throughout the night. The task wasn't easy for us. We needed to screen out contestants from Talent and Pageant(Miss Steem Nigeria and One Steem Stage contestants)

The qualified contestants stayed back for a serious orientation, TV interview, and a little after party

Thank God they all left the camp safely and hope to see everyone one of them this coming 2nd - 8th of July at the grand finale event. Miss you all

Total donated funds during the Six State meetup and audition movements was 422steem. I powered down 900+ steem, 400+steem from @steemnaira and got the rest from post payout with the support of @teamsteem, @lukestokes @demotruk @dlive @adsactly and others upvote..

Spending the total sum of approximately 1,800steem (yes it was worth it )

This project has seriously on-boarded hundreds on creative and talented individuals all over Nigeria.

Final Audition/meetup was a 3 days camp for more than 70 contestant.

we even got a first aid box after taking two contestants to the pharmacy

Thank God it was successfull at the end of the third day. Only 50 contestants qualified into the grand finale which will be held on the 8th of July.

BUDGET SUPPORT PROPOSAL FOR THE GRAND FINALE

For us to be able to achieve this project successfully, We are currently in need of 2.5million naira which is equivalent to 3000 steem approximately (8/6/2018 current price)

Why such an amount of steem. See reasons below;

Steemcamp will be hosting 35 female for Miss Steem Pageant and 20 talented contestants who qualified from the 6 major geopolitical zone during our city tour

Budget for hosting steemcampers.

Accommodation for 7 days
feeding and other welfare of 7 days
Pet projects during camp which will be used to score contestants at the grand final day.
Hall for the grand final performance
DJ Sounds service at the grand finale
Projector to advertise spornors brands, videos and logos.
Banners, Flyers and tickets. IF we can generate a good amount of money via tickets says if we start publication in time and also bring a popular figure.
Bringing a popular figure which is very needful for promo steem will cost us 700 thousand naira minimum 930steem. (we are still considering this strategy because it's going to result to a very huge turn out)
Winners prize for both Miss Steem Nigeria and One Steem stage talent quest. Total price is 1867 steem.
