There are some memories we wish to forget
We all have scars. Perhaps not scars of the skin but scars of the mind.
We must have felt pain one way or another.
Sometimes we wish or tend to forget these memories because it hurts us to remember.
The mind can't tell the difference between real and unreal.
So whenever we remember, usually by accident /memory triggers, we are inadvertently forced to relive these experiences again.
Naturally we run away from bad memory triggers and relive happy experiences over and over.
We are all human after all!
