Depression solves Nothing

Depression is a bottomless pit. Trust me , it is.

It never stops by itself until the death stage . it takes the bearer down until it becomes too dark from reality.

Depression is quite common for all and as far as I am concerned, it is usually born out of hopelessness when the little hope we hang on becomes dashed.

They say " If there is life , there is hope " and I'll add that "If there is no more hope , life becomes endangered"....via depression.

But then one thing stands sure " lack of hope does not signify a demise of all possibilities" , so in the face of opposing figures and analysis that corresponds to our survival , we need to hold on to the hope not seen, for life comes with his unexpected possibilities that are sometimes positive.

So ,kick away depression with your hope in the midst of nothing and win eventually. Depression solves nothing.
