Stop allowing the past destroy the future

What has happened, has happened. You cannot turn back the hands of time. Although most of these things are easier said than done, we should try as much as we can to strengthen ourselves to overcome the temptation of dwelling in the past.

If there is anything you have to do with past, it is to learn from it. Crying over spilled milk will not bring back. Thinking about it will not bring it back. But you can make money to buy another one.

Yesterday is gone, but you still have tomorrow; make it a pleasurable one for yourself.

If you sacrifice today's input for yesterday's pains, then yesterday's pains will still hunt you tomorrow.

We are humans, we have memories and we feel pains. But no matter what has happened to you in the past, it will be in your own advantage to quickly get out of the past and focus on the present and the future.
