Chilling Out at the Fantastic "Alice House" Gastro Pub
“Alice House” is your typical English Gastro pub on Salisbury Road opposite Queen’s Park station. There is also a sister branch located in West Hampstead too. I've been to the Queen’s Park one a few times now and each time I’ve had a great experience there.
The place inside is large with spacious design arrangements. It has a cool vibe with bare brick walls, exposed filament lighting and arts-and-crafts style seating. A lot of wood providing the shabby-chic feel to the place. There are different sections you can choose from. I particularly enjoy their library area where it was decked out with old books and board games on shelves along the walls. Really roomy and cosy throughout.
@ezzy and I came by "Alice House" a few days ago after a walk in the park. We had a couple of drinks and snacks, just chilling and relaxing. They have a great cocktail menu and plenty of wines and draught beers to choose from, including Meantime London Lager, Kernel Pale Ale and Camden Hells.
The food here is also delicious and reasonably priced for the area, including a few vegetarian and vegan options included on the menu. Special shout out to their special hand-cut chips as well, soooooo good!
“Alice House” is a great venue, perfect for a catch up with friends, family or work colleagues. It is so versatile, you can hang out and relax here during the day time, whilst also dancing and celebrating the night away later.
