Steemfest 3 Conference - Day 1

Steemfest Conference Day 1 was held in a warehouse-like building called “Stara Zajezdnia”, a few minutes walking distance from the Qubus hotel. I quite like it’s industrial style setting which I find kind of cool and trendy.

The whole place was decorated with massive Steemfest Banners, very vibrant indeed! There were some nice drinks and snacks on the side for Steemians to help themselves.

Firstly, @roelandp gave a brief introduction and welcomed everyone to the Steemfest 3. Shortly afterwards, Ned was interviewed by @andrarchy and discussed about the future direction of the steem blockchain, followed by another cool talk from “Steem Monsters” creator, the one and only @aggroed. I was particularly impressed by his brain child already having captured a 1.3m total marketcap within such a short space of time!

A few other talks I checked out that were also very inspirational include @steemcafe and @starkerz. In between breaks, I had the opportunity to speak to @vcelier, @crypto.talk, @joythewanderer, @kevinli, besides many more.

The dinner was lovely too and of course we chatted loads more. Having an awesome time and there is still two days left to go!
