I am sure the Kids were Probably a Little Unruly and Defiant ...
However, as an adult and a Police Officer there is just a better way to get control of this Situation.
Not throwing them to the ground and tasering them.
Conclusion...
Verdict ?? The kids got $550K . $500K for the girl and $50K to the boy.
Is that fair ?? Well, there is no need to throw down a teenage girl is such a violent way. Some may disagree but that is the way I see it. Plus, Tasering on top of it makes it that worse. So yeah they deserve some Compensation, imho.

Wow! I think the whole situation is crazy! How is that teaching kids to behave in a respectable manner? They are taught so many wrong lessons from this. 1. that violence is ok. 2. you will be rewarded if you are defiant by $550k!!! That really is not the best way to encourage a society to respect one another :/
From what I understand, tapering people can be dangerous and should only be used when necessary. Looking at the video, there was no need for the officer to taser her.
