I make positive choices

Truth is very important for live happy. Whatever circumstances may occur, just stay calm and be HAPPY for our rest of life.... I make positive choices so I can be happy. She felt happy these days, yet there was always an undercurrent of sadness just below the surface. ... If the dead can come back to this earth and move unseen around those they loved, I shall always be near you; in the garish day and in the darkest night—amidst your happiest scenes and gloomiest hours—always, always; and if there be a soft breeze upon your cheek, it shall be my breath; or if the cool air fans your throbbing temple, it shall be my spirit passing by. As you grow older, it becomes harder to feel 100 percent happy; you learn all the things that can go wrong, you become superstitious about tempting fate, about bringing disaster upon your life by accidentally feeling too good one day.

When I wake up every morning, I smile and say, "Thank You"
Because out of my window I can see the mountains, then go hiking with my dog and share her bounding joy in the world.
