Hazrat Khan Jahan Ali(RA): (October 1369 - October 25, 1459) was a Muslim religious preacher and local ruler of Bagerhat in Bangladesh. Among those other names are Ulugh Khan, Khan-i-Azam etc.

Hazrat Ulugh Khan Jahan Ali (ra) was born in 1369 in a respectable family in Delhi. His father's name was Akbar Khan and mother's name was Ambia Bibi. It was assumed that his ancestors were Turkish. Early education of Khanjahan Ali started with his father, but he took his secondary education to the famous Wali at Kamal Pir Shah Baniamatullah. He is the Quran, Hadith, Sunnah and Fiqh deeply studied the scriptures.

Khan Jahan Ali started his career as commander of the army in 1389. In a short span of time, he was promoted to the rank of Chief Commander.13394 At the age of 26-27, he joined the post of Jabitan (governor) of Jainpur province. Next 60,000 well-educated people led by Sultan Khan Jahan King Ganesh took refuge in Bhatariya of Dinajpur when he attacked Bangla along with two lakh soldiers along with the forward troops. In 418 Khanjahan took position in Barabazar in Jessore and started spreading and spreading Islam in the southwest part of Bengal.

Khanjahan's first wife named Sona Bibi It is said that Sona Bibi is the only daughter of Pi Noor-Qutubul Alam of Khan Jahan.Khanjahan's second wife Rupa Bibi alias Bibi Begini was a converted Muslim, and Khanjahan Ali built the mosque named after Sona Mosque and Bibi Beguni Mosque according to the names of his two wives.

Hazrat Khan Jahan Ali (R) died on October 25, 1459 (according to the inscription of the Mazar Sharif, 863 AH 26th Zilhaj) died at the age of 90, while performing Esha prayers at the Darbar's house of sixty dome mosque.

During the full moon year of Chaitra every year, the vows were held in the shrine of Khan Jahan Ali and millions of people gathered in it. At present, the Moral clan is living in abroad, Khulna and Rampalas as the closest descendants of them.
