Most people realize that organic vegetables are better than those that are not organically grown, but some people don't know what advantage they have when they grow up in a home garden. It's worth having a better idea. Finally, all gardens are prone to various pests and diseases and there are many chemicals produced for this. Why not use it? Do home gardeners need help they can get?

To understand the answer to this, it is important to understand what you mean by organic. Technically, to be organic, you just have to contain carbon. Most of the artificial chemicals contain carbon. However, for a home gardener, Organic usually means without the use of artificial chemicals or all natural.

One example is fertilizer. There are a lot of artificial fertilizers on the market. Although they are generally balanced, they are not the best fertilizer. They contain chemicals like ammonia. The finished compost is much better because it is natural and also generally balanced. Lazy crap is another great choice. Nature has been in the fertilizer manufacturing industry much longer than man has been and is a master in usable fertilizer production.

Pesticides are more perilous, fundamentally in light of the route that there are differences that are trademark and different that are certainly not. Neem Oil and diatomaceous earth soil are marvelous examples of normal bug showers that can be caused in the staggering bit of things without the fundamental issues of phony fabricated blends. Neem oil is conveyed using an area tree to India, while the diatomaceous earth soil is the beat remains of the fossil diatom.

There are also uncommon choices that are not perilous, as well. For example, for aphid infestation, fill a spray bottle almost full of water, then add a few tablespoons of dishwashing detergent. Sprinkle them with aphids. The soap breaks down easily but kills the aphids.

Chemicals such as malathion are certainly dangerous. The same goes for permethrin, heavy dust and many other pesticides. These chemicals leave a residue on the plants and contaminate the soil, often for a long time. Once on the floor, it can take years to break and you can often wash them on the water table. In addition, chemicals taste fruits and vegetables, eliminating good natural taste. The chemicals that are absorbed by the plants cannot be washed either. Many fruits and vegetables purchased in the store, even if they have a biological label, have been contaminated with pollutants and no rinse or washing quantity will remove these substances.

The main advantage of using organic controls in the garden is that it is safer and without long-term side effects, and you are in complete control of what is happening and in your fruits and vegetables. Nature has provided many healthier alternatives, so it is very possible to have a healthy garden without using artificial chemicals.
