The conversion tool will always convert 1 sbd to one USD worth of steem. so if SBD goes below 1 dollar its like free money.
Free money that just happens to derive it's value from lowering it's own worth. Thus paying off the debt. The more STEEM we print, the lower the price goes.
Which could trigger new buys to entire the market to raise the price. I realize this can cause inflation but its one of the only tools we have on here.
ya, I'm not complaining, I just think it's a little late to call it free money. It was free money when we over printed it and pumped the price to $20 USD. Now it's debt and it kind of sucks.
