WHICH IS BETTER, UNITY WITHOUT A PURPOSE OR DISUNITY WITH A PURPOSE?
Today at work, we were trying to see if we could change the status quo of something that some of us felt was not working well for the office.
Majority of the workers, wanted the status quo to change to something completely different from what others wanted the status quo to change. I was among the others who wanted the status quo to change from something completely different from what the majority wanted.
The problem here was that the majority were not really clear on what they wanted the status quo to change to, but the minority of us who wanted the status quo to change, different from what the majority wanted were clear on what we wanted the status quo to change to, but we where not united about it.
Some of us in the minority wanted the status quo to change to one thing different from the other.
So the situation looked like a unity of the majority without a purpose versus a disunity of the minority with a purpose.
