Entrenar con lastre es una afición para los que hacemos calistenia, sumarle peso a los ejercicios de peso corporal como la dominada y los fondos sin duda alguna no tiene precio.

Sumar esa cantidad de volumen e intensidad al entrenamiento, hace que valga la pena, pues el resultado es muchísimo mejor, más fuerza y resistencia.

Ayer entrené con lastre y logré hacer un máximo de 4 Dips con 33 kg, 12 con 20kg y 4 Pull ups con 20kg.
