Cannabis Series / EP. 13 / Cannabis Pasta

Italians have been making pasta since 1154 A.D. Since then, it has become popular across the world, while Cannabis Pasta is a modern take on an old Italian classic.

Ingredients:

• 250g pasta.
• ½ cup cannabis / infused extra / virgin olive oil.
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
• 1 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley.
• Pinch red pepper flakes.
• 2 minced garlic cloves.
• Freshly grated cheese.

Recipe:

• Boil large pot of cold water over high heat.
• Add salt.
• Add pasta and cook 7 to 9 minutes.
• Combine cannabis infused extra / virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes.
• Drain pasta in a colander amd save ¼ cup of cooking water.
• Add pasta and cooking water to garlic mixture.
• Add parsley.
• Mix well.
• Serve topped with grated cheese.
