Blaze up your Pot Posts with The Top Weed & Hemp Hashtags

We all know traditional social media can be quite the buzz kill especially when you're posting about content that can be considered by some as taboo. We've seen plenty of censorship on the likes of Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and I'm pretty sure Instagram is not far behind in this regard.

Censorship of content

While most of us will be able to get around censorship since its only really about high profile cases one thing we cant get around is social media algorithms.

These platforms choose what content they want to show their users and marginalise content based on what they feel the most engaging user content will be.

This means users who produce content need to look at ways of optimsing it with better thumbnails, rich descriptions and obviously hashtags.

Hashtags are the curators of content on social media and using the right combination and be the difference between views and no views

The importance of hashtags for steemians

Now that we have applications like @share2steem that allow us to link our steemit and traditional social media to promote the platform and the content we create and attract new users.
