VEG ROOM UPDATE #22
Hi steemians! So in the last 10 days I’ve been being a little lazy and taking it easy. Just making sure my babies have enough water.
But it’s time to pick the pace back up, these plants are growing like weeds under a 24/0 light cycle!
This is the day these clones got transferred into soil 17 days ago.
This is today!
So let’s take a look at all the strains I have.

So I’m running low on small pots so only 7 are being transplanted. I also took this opportunity to top all plants.
I’m still sticking with the fox farm ocean forest and happy frog. I use a 3:1 ratio. Ocean forest makes up most of the mixture.I was wanting to switch to no till but due to my success with adding just cal/mag and discontinued the use of Roots Organics fertilizer i decided to hold off on that idea.
I also take this time to clean the closet.
A clean grow is a happy grow!
Once again I got a full room! It’s nice to know I have plants coming and going.
Now since i currently can only fit 4 at a time in flower room, I’ll have many plants to gift! Also thinking of doing a Johnny Appleseed type of thing and planting the extras in various locations. Maybe like the hipster garden at Whole Foods. Who knows😉.

I know what you're saying by having plants coming and going. A real gardener NEEDS to have things growing in some stage at all times! We just have to. If we don't, we get grouchy, pale, and shaky until we germinate seeds. I know how it feels. LOL
Somtimes I have bad dreams about having no plants and starting over from scratch! Haha

Ha ha. It’s alot of hard work keeping things going, thanks for your constant support. I’m really starting to see there is a lot of people on steemit who seems they think their better then everyone else. Definitely ain’t the case with you.

We need everything. The ladies started out on a custom veg formula but when the farm went down, all the nutes were lost too. Well, maybe they're still there but I can't get a truck up there to get them back down. I had a bit of compost tea for the first few weeks but I was scared to switch the feed up too quickly. They've been stressed enough. I actually dont know what to feed them once we flip now, since all our nutes at the farm were prepared offsite and made specifically for our microclimate. I could recognize a problem and knew what to give it to fix it when I knew exactly what it was being fed and at what concentrate. One teen got nutrient lock out from all the moving and stress and change so now we've just been giving them water to make sure whatever fucked up the teen doesnt happen to the moms. This is the problem with learning how to grow with all the high tech gear and gadgets. I'm lost without my dosatron!
Yeah I experienced lock out in my past runs and discovered it was the brand of fertilizer i was using. Now I just add 4ml of cal/mag per gallon of RO water. It’s working great! I would like to start making my own tea though. Going to see how the final product turns out. Micro climate? How far are you from the coast?
We were in a little valley, protected by mountains :D It was a really really perfect location, actually.

Yeah I declared my grow an official steem grow and I encourage everyone else to do the same! Its also a great way to promote steem on other platforms. I post my grow on snap chat. Also just did an Instagram post with one of my plants and the steem logo👍
