That's not far from the truth. The first driver's test I took when I was a teenager, the steering wheel fell off in my hands during the test.
It really freaked the guy taking me for the test,right out.
Good thing we were parallel parking when it happened and at a dead stop too.
I don't think he appreciated me asking if he had any gum, either.
Oh well.
