I will be sharing the information on each card according to his/her interpretations found in the guidebook that accompanies the deck, along with my own intuitive thoughts on the card pulled. Enjoy!

Intuitive Guidance Card 1

AURA CLEANSE

No. 32

The toxic buildup of psychic pollution that comes from living in today's world is dimming your awareness and lowering your energy. Don't worry; it's nothing serious. But it is time to find your direction once again and return to flowing in good vibes by taking an aura-cleansing bath.

Your guides say you need an occasional cleansing to calm your soul. My favorite spiritual bath is a lavender-essence and Epsom-salt bath. Add on cup of Epsom salts and ten drops of lavender to a tub of warm water and soak away the world for 20 minutes. The salts purify your vibration, and the lavender balances it.

Luxuriate with your eyes closed while concentrating on all your positive qualities. Imagine everything that disturbs you lifting off and washing away. Pray for your healing angels and guides to clear all negativity and release all energetic cords and attachments to others, leaving our to soak in peace.

You will know when the bath is over: You'll suddenly feel relaxed and peaceful, as though "everyone is out of the pool" when it comes to your energy field. Do this at least once a month to maintain your good vibes, or anytime you feel overwhelmed and can't stop thinking or worrying.

LISTEN TO YOUR HEART

Trust in your vibes is the art and practice of listening to your heart, for it's there that the voice of inner wisdom speaks. It helps us focus on not only the content of information, but its intent as well.

Every time you need guidance or simple reassurance from Divine Spirit, close you eyes, take a few deep-cleansing breaths, and place your attention directly on your heart. Allow your awareness to rest there quietly for a moment or two, then ask your heart to guide you.

Trust whatever feeling happens. Don't censor or discount anything. If nothing comes immediately, don't worry. Relax. Remain open and patient. Guidance will come before you know it.

INSTANT FEEDBACK

It's time to expand your six-sensory tool kit and learn to use kinesiology, or muscle-testing, as a means to get an instant vibe-check on matters at hand. Muscle-testing offers quick and reliable feedback when you can't access or don't trust your normal intuitive channels.

The simplest way to muscle-test is to find a partner who is willing to work with you. Next, place your right hand on your belly and raise your left arm out to the side. Think of you question, making certain it can be answered with a simple yes or no. With your question in mind, ask your partner to push gently down on your extended arm, using the pressure of no more than two fingers.

If the answer is yes, your arm will resist the pressure and remain strong and unmoved. If the answer is no, your arm will lose energy and power and drop to your side. It's that simple. Remember, the key is to ask a question that can be answered with a simple yes or no. Try it right now and see for yourself.
