- Be Confident: One of the greatest turn offs for many interviewers is the lack of confidence in the job seekers. For you to be able to represent the company perfectly, you need to be confident. Work on becoming more confident. Don't become too confident that you pass as over confident and perhaps, proud but you also shouldn't reduce your self worth that you become less sure of yourself, this could be a turn off to your future employers.
