Porsche at Autosport International and the 935 Moby Dick

This week we've been reviewing the Subaru XV, review coming next week, however with such a cool SUV we thought we'd visit Autosport International at the Birmingham NEC.

A very chilled journey, the M6 flowed most of the time, we even saw 60mph at a roadworks section, first time we've seen anything above 50mph, it did allow the traffic to flow more freely.

We arrived just after 11am, parking even as press and media is £16, a small price to pay for what was going to be an amazing experience.

We collected our passes and headed in, now this a show which features all things automotive, very apt.

There was tuning companies, auto manufacturers, racing parts, some new products coming onto the market (interviews and new product vids coming soon)

Everything you could want, anyway that's for next week, to the point at hand Porsche.

We had arranged to meet some of the team, and experience our next saga's in Planet Auto history.

We now review Porsche cars including having a racing experience at Silverstone, before taking away a Porsche model of our choosing.

Now that was a highlight, also though was the fabulous Porsche 935, this recreation is stunning and celebrates the successes of some of Porsche's racing cars in motorsport, parts of the exterior are designed in the same as these cars.

One example being the rear LED being from a hybrid LMP car.
