Teaching Kittens I

Raising new kittens is a long journey that requires a flexible approach to accommodating and responding. Kittens grow at different rates and an owner will need to keep a close eye on the various developments that will occur over the course of the next few months. One of the key areas that many new owners may struggle to gauge is behaviour and social issues. It is important to keep kittens weaned for at least eight weeks. Their mother plays a huge role in providing nutrition and teaching key behavioural aspects that are essential to being socialised in a domestic environment. In some circumstances a kitten may be taken away from its litter too early and face certain issues relating to its daily behaviour and general reaction to certain things.
