Well, here we are! It's Saturday, once more... and you all know what that means: It's CATURDAY! And that's my favorite day of the week!

Of course, around here pretty much every day is Caturday, but this is the day to round up all those cute cat and kitten photos and share!

Reflective mood...

And when you do post photos of your favorite felines, always use the #catsofsteemit tag, and help build a Steem-based cat community!

But remember: #catsofsteemit is only for use with your own cat friends, not for use with random cats and kittens from the web, or cute cat video compilations, memes or basically anything that's not about the cats you personally share space with!

We currently are up to about 40-50 ongoing/sporadic users of the tag, and it's my ambition to get that number up past 100 before the end of the year!

Moments of Reflection

I have been spending a bit of time thinking about my time here in the Steem community, and considering what I want to become involved with, next.

Keeping a "Cat Blog" is a lot of fun, but it's also a somewhat limited — or "niche" — sort of proposition, and I am a cat with ambitions!

Not to worry, I'm not going to stop being all about cats, but I'll probably become more involved in ongoing "community development," especially with the growing number of initiatives to create more of a "Steem Middle Class."

For now, I'm just going to worry about making it to "Minnowhood," here!

An Important Day!

Well, not going to get TOO serious here.

Today is actually a pretty important day in the life of Curator Cat, but more about that in my next post!

In the meantime, I hope everyone has a wonderful Caturday and weekend! I'm off to "do the rounds" and see what everyone else is up to!
