Sir Obie1Kanobie Kitty is quite pensive and meditative many days. He loves sitting in the sun and sending prayers for the Earth and all the lovely insects that bless the garden. He's been teaching Foxtrott how to calm down and do catyoga too! Obie is a master stretcher and has been working on some new yoga stretches.
We are scheming some ideas for catyoga workshop. Every morning I do my yoga, Sir Obie1 joins me with the stretchy stretchy time!

Cats are masters of stretching... They can teach us a thing or two in that area, I think... 😉
It's good to have a yoga partner... and cats are such a great model of stretching and flexibility!
