Battle for the soul
Hello my dear Steemians,
While we live we never think about what we have, when we are born we live, we can breath and we have people around us who look after us and help so long we are growing. Since we start to realise and understand life we know that it is what it is and we can not understand and imagine it any different way.
So long we have youth and health it is a paradise, we think everything is there for us and we could do anything and reach everything.
Since the old time there are rich and poor people and some of them were swimming in wealth and others suffering from poverty. That time it was a young prince who also enjoyed every single second of his life and had everything he wanted.
One day he felt unwell, tired, loss of appetite and it was lasting days and weeks. He had no strength and his parents decided to send for healers and doctors. Nobody knew what happen but all the clever people said that this is his time came to leave this world and go to another.
Since then every night, when young prince had nightmares he dreamed about angel who were at his head side and Death with its slaves who were there for his soul. Every morning prince told the dreams to his parents and they decided to do everything to keep their son with them. They offered money to healers and to the witches who were able to speak to the world of ghost who wanted to buy more time for the soul of prince.
Every single night prince was there between Heaven and angel but also Hell and slaves of Death, he stopped understanding what is reality and what is dream, he becoming weaker and weaker and one day parents found him dead, the only thing they did not know who won the battle for the soul – Angel or Devil...
