Cebu city sky line is improving on a daily as many modern buildings are on the rise. 10 years ago, it was nothing like this.

This was my early morning view from A loft on the 24th floor of Mabolo Garden Flats.

It was a very windy and somewhat cloudy morning, it did not rain. I'am an amature in taking photos, looking forward to getting bwttwe at it, because i love photos.
