Spaghetti carbonara to the sea and land.
Greetings friends of steemit, in advance I hope you are well ... I bring you this delicious recipe at this time of year to take advantage of the summer entrance or to prepare for our next celebration of mothers day.
Then I invite you to enjoy the steps for the preparation and then to taste such a wonderful dish.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kl of egg Spaghetti (for two servings)
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic sauce
• 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of English sauce
• 1/2 chopped onion julienne
• 1 paprika chopped julienne
• 4 sweet peppers chopped in julienne
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Seafood restaurant:
• 1/4 kl of Pepitona
• 1/4 kl of shrimp
• 1 diced chicken milanesa
• (To taste crab or octopus)
preparation:
Step n ° 1: Place the wok with the 1/2 cup of oil over low heat.
Little by little we add the sliced Milanesa followed by the pepitona and the shrimp.
Step n ° 2: place the 3 tablespoons together garlic, soy, English sauce and go stirring until browned.
Step n ° 3: Add the vegetables while stirring with the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the tablespoon of pepper.
Step n ° 4: We lower the fire to finish the cooking placing the crabs and leave about 15 minutes, cover and go to the preparation of the spaghetti.
Step n ° 5: In boiling place the Spaghetti next to the pinch of salt for 5 minutes and cover.
Finally we passed the Spaghetti to our wok with the ingredients we had on medium heat and wrapped.
